Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday–Saturday. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Orders ship from our US warehouse. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days and includes a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as the label is created.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship for a flat $4.95.

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be unworn and in their original pouch.

Email support@https.luxe with your order number. We will reply with a prepaid return label within 1 business day. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full — no return needed.
